Welfare and Office Cabins
Cabins offer an all-in-one solution combining a variety of canteen facilities, office space, toilets, and drying rooms. They come with integral water and waste tanks and a generator to supply heat and electricity. They can be positioned almost anywhere making them the ideal solution if you need office or kitchen space on site.
Specifically designed for ease of transport across various sites due to being lightweight and compact. This allows our office and welfare cabins to be positioned almost anywhere. These welfare cabins are perfect for your building site or festival venue. They can be positioned anywhere that your staff need to have a kitchen, washroom and toilet facilites.
Manufactured with secure all steel construction, they come with a secure nose cone to lock away the towing mechanism, so it can’t be stolen from site. Doors all have a secure double locks with hidden hinges, we supply two keys for each door with the hire, so you are able to keep the units secure whilst not in use.
Welfare Units
Our all in one canteen/welfare units provide plenty of space for up 6 people comfortably. With plenty of room for your tallest employees they are comfortable for someone that’s 6’4″, with a good ceiling height, and seating that is good for all sizes.
Inside you will find:
Canteen
Bench seating fitted with storage underneath, table, microwave, kettle, sink with hot water for washing up. Separate fresh and waste water containers (you have to supply your own drinking water). Blown air heater and single 2Amp electrical socket. These units are safe, and come fitted with carbon monoxide alarm and smoke detectors.
Toilet
Recirculating chemical toilet, sink with hot-wash, liquid soap and paper towel dispenser PIR LED light.
Generator / Drying Room
6kVA diesel generator with exhaust venting through roof area, tubular heater, coat hooks.
What Do You Get?
Take a look inside our welfare cabins and you will see how comfortable and practical they are! The meet all HSE and CDM requirements, so you know your staff will be safe. They provide all of your needs in one small package, delivered directly to your site.
In the kitchen area you will find a microwave and kettle, perfect for hot snacks and drinks. These can only be operated when the generator is working. This gives your employees a good way to warm up if they’ve been out in the Great British weather! There is a stainless sink perfect for washing up, with hot water delivered by a floor operated hot tap. There are separate containers for fresh drinking and waste water, you will have to supply the drinking water.
In the seating area you will find bench seating for up to 6 people, this has handy storage under it. The bench seats are padded and comfortable, and can accommodate people of all shapes and sizes as there’s plenty of space. There is a socket if you need to charge your tech, and a blown air heater to ensure a comfortable temperature.
Toilet
At the rear of the welfare unit there are two doors, one of these is for the chemical toilet. This comes with toilet roll holder, and a sink with hot water to enable good hygiene practices. There is a liquid soap and paper towel dispenser. The toilet is lit by LED with a PIR. The whole welfare cabin has non-slip flooring to ensure safety.
Generator
The generator makes the welfare cabin a nice place to be! The energy provided heats and provides power to the unit. The 6kVA diesel generator is in its own room next to the toilet with exhaust venting through roof area. The 58L fuel tank has a runtime of approx. 25 hours. Above the generator there are coat hooks that can be used to dry wet clothing.
